It was a dark period in my life, as I lost everything that mattered to me. Desperate for change, I made the courageous decision to overcome my demons and rebuild my life from scratch.
I realized that instead of channeling my energy into destructive habits, I could redirect it towards something positive - something that could heal me from the inside out. And thus, I turned to food, a medium that could not only satiate my hunger but also ignite my soul. With unwavering determination, I embarked on a new path as a chef, ready to bring my unique twist to the world of high-end sushi.
